Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags attached. Because our collars and leashes are handcrafted from premium leather, they must show no signs of wear to be eligible for return.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-sized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return

Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Care-Related Damage

Damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our leather care instructions is not covered under our return policy.
