Processing Time

Because each collar and leash is handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item ships. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time—we'll notify you of the expected timeline when you place your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship across Canada using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:

  • Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
